Children's Holiday Fund

The Children’s Holiday Fund was developed by the Peninsula Community Foundation to provide funding for our area’s most vulnerable children and their families, especially around the holidays. These children and their parents need our help, but we can’t do it alone.

Your contribution to the Children’s Holiday Fund will provide much needed support for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations who make the holidays brighter for underserved children in our community. Together we can make a difference in the lives of so many.

Peninsula Community Foundation General Fund

The Peninsula Community Foundation's work in nonprofit resource development, homelessness, early child development and most recently in neighborhood revitalization is changing the Peninsula landscape and impacting the quality of life for the residents who live here.
The energy and hope being generated is greater than ever. Your contribution allows us to quickly respond to the issues most affecting our area's quality of life.

Leadership Society

The Peninsula Community Foundation's Leadership Society is a group of concerned community leaders, joining together for the greatest collective impact and making a difference in the lives of our citizens.

We can’t accomplish what we need to do without the essential support from community leaders like you. Help us sustain and grow our capacity to serve larger populations. Only then can we provide the essential tools they need to become successful citizens.

Education/Workforce Development Fund

We currently manage 20 scholarship programs that serve a variety of students on the Peninsula.
Last year we provided 87 local youth with over $144,000 to attend college.

Neighborhood Revitalization Fund

The Foundation is working with citizens and local governments to create new strategies for strengthening our oldest neighborhoods.

Too many of our older neighborhoods are physically deteriorating, while their residents struggle to attain financial stability. Education levels are often well below the city averages in these neighborhoods and residents often feel unsafe.

We are bringing together nonprofit, government and Foundation resources to reverse these trends and create a stronger, safer community.
